There is no give or take. It's give AND take.
1) Finally changed this blog skin after an eternity. Hope you like it.
2) This year is like... I don't know what to say. Haha. It's YAY, but it's a BOO as well.
3) Okay. Dad's back. Um. My Grandma's birthday yesterday. The cake was big. Had 77 candles on it. And chinese words I couldn't read. Tasted great though...
4) Hm, should I work again this year? I don't think I should cuz I gotta study. But my workplace friends are expecting me, I think. Haha. I really miss them. :)
5) My Dad got the originals with all the uncut scenes for LOTR. It's uber super duper cool. I've watched them for the upteenth time already, and am still as in love with the series as the first time I set eyes on them.
6) I like holes.
7) Lizard on the stove. So what I've read in books are true. When you're dead you dehydrate. When you dehydrate, your eyeballs start sinking into their sockets. I took a photograph as a keepsake. There's beauty even in death. GRUESOME beauty. And strange.
8) What should I do for Dad's birthday? I've run out of ideas. I do every time. HAHA.
9) It's almost eleven and I've yet to start on a chinese essay due tomorrow morning by 7.50am. Killjoy.

"Villains!" I shrieked. "Dissemble no more! I admit the deed! Here, here-!" I ripped apart the planks, revealing the mess of contents that lay beneath. A piercing inhumane shriek erupted into the still night, welling up to a slow, rhythmic pulsing beat. "-It is the beating of his hideous heart!"Then I ran, for each footstep I took drowned out the beating of that repulsive heart. How clever I was, I thought. To think that the guards called me a madman and yelled after me. They were taken in by delirium over the beating of that revolting heart. Why would they say that I am mad? Why would you say that I am mad? Why would anyone say that I am mad! To hell with you fools! When death overtakes you and the world is swept clean of your nonsense, I will walk the Earth alone, basking in my triumph in outwitting those who fail to see the truth - that I, alone, am the sane one here; And that the others are blinded by their own greed and folly.My flight took me across desolated farms and stagnant lakes to a place unknown to me. Bushes and willow trees lined the path. But I did not panic, for the guards were nowhere to be seen. I walked around, becoming more and more tranquil like the silent leaves rustling serenely in the slight breeze. There was not a soul to be seen in this abnormally warm early morning. But did you think that I would take things as they seemed to be? Just notice how sensible, how intelligent, how tactful I was, not to alert anyone who might be watching me, unseen. But I did not laugh; It was critical to restrain this temptation. Now that the Eye was eliminated - ah, skillfully by myself - you would think that I would let my guard down - but no! Faintly - oh, so faintly - I could hear muffled footsteps, creeping ever closer...
This is an adaptation of a text I found in my folder. Haha, I think I must have written it a few years back, and then forgot to finish it. Haha, maybe if I have the time, I'll finish this. Anyway, the September holidays are here! Whoohoo!!! They were long in coming, in my opinion. Haha. Shall make full effective use of it. Though I probably won't. Haha.
Anyway, made a surprising revelation yesterday. Remember my family just bought this new LED and Blu-ray? Well, there was a slight problem with the sound, so we called in the repairman. He was really nice. He fixed everything up super nice for us. Then he took a look at our sound system and was shocked. He said this sort of sound system is too powerful to be used just for home entertainment. Then he asked when we bought it. My bro said it was quite old and that we bought it about seven years back. The man was even more shocked. He said a sound system like this would be selling for at least three or four thousand dollars now. Haha, so here's the catch: Imagine how much it was worth seven years back. So my revelation for this? No wonder Dad was so proud of this new addition to the household when he first bought it and even constructed a cinema room, complete with carpeted floor and sound-proofed walls just for it. Back to the present: So when the repairman fixed up the sound system to the TV and everything, woah you could tell the difference of the sound! It's really clear and just like those in the cinemas. The bad side to it? The floor and walls started shaking. Haha.
Anyway, good news! Yay! My bro bought a PS3! Yahoo!!! He bought the new, slimmer and quieter version that just came out on Tuesday. So now, we've got PS1, PS2, PS3 as well as PSP. Haha my brothers are just hardcore game addicts. They seriously are the kind of customers those game stores are after. Then he bought those games that are not particularly to my liking. But for mom and me, he specially bought Little BIG Planet. Haha. It's this super duper cute game. Played for a couple of hours yesterday. It's fun! Haha, but after awhile, I got too caught up in guilt to continue playing. Haha.
Darn it, that Charmaine was supposed to come over to play today. Said she would call me as soon as she woke up. It's already past noon and she still hasn't called... Bet she's still stuck in limbo between Dreamland and the real world.
Yay, can't wait to watch Jay Chou's movie The Green Hornet! Haha, Stephen Chow was supposed to direct and act in it, but he pulled out to do another movie with Jack Black. Hmm. Then there's the movie with Rain entitled Ninja Assassin. It's M18 though, and my bro is gloating over the fact that he can watch it and I can't. Hmph.
Okay, better go do a bit of homework right now. :D Sayonara!

1) Had a really lousy day at school. But when I got home and saw Harry Potter's face, I cheered right up. haha. Then slept all the way till 9.30pm. Couldn't sleep at all though. Haha that sounded contradicting! Anyway, feel a tiny bit better now. I guess a hungry "man" makes an angry "man." haha.
2) Don't know why but my left arm has been aching. Like in the really deep bone-penetrating kind of way. Hmm. I think it may have been from rushing to pull all the mats back into place after gym classes...
3) Everyone says CIP. Why?
4) I've been a bad bad girl! For the first time, I didn't finish bio tutorial before a lesson! Luckily, the teacher didn't go through the parts I didn't do... phew!
5) Owe Aly ten pages-long letter. Haha. The thing is, I didn't tell her how big each of those pages will be. hehe...!
6) I want Snow Ball back!!! Haha, really miss cuddling him!
7) Currently feel like I'm inseparable from the MP4 player.
8) I suck at gym now.
9) I've been sleeping way past bedtime the past couple of weeks! Sooooo tired!!! I've got eyebags now, even Fifi commented on them!!!
10) 100 Years by Five for Fighting -this is my favorite song right now, which is kind of unusual cuz it's not a Jay Chou song. :)

There's no wish better than this, if you've only got 100 years to live.
1) Haha, a new record! YAY! 50 minutes of sleep, with the next day being a school day and all. Haha, and unsurprisingly, I slept at 3pm the next day all the way until 10pm although I planned on getting up at 6pm. Haha, then walked from my parents' bedroom to mine, pausing at the living room to tell my mom I wouldn't be having dinner. Then promptly slept all the way til 7 plus the next day. Haha! So that's pure 16 hours of blissful sleep. 8 hours for the ones I missed the night before and 9 hours for the night itself. Excellent body clock. Couldn't ask for better!
2) Anyway, felt increasingly frustrated and sleepy yesterday, after all the exciting events, it being National Day celebration and all. But I told myself I had to go for Joan's PW trial thingy. Haha, I didn't regret it. It was meaningful, and I learnt some new stuff. Plus more bonding time with Joan and Fifi! Although, I couldn't concentrate during most of the trip. Was purely struggling to keep my eyes open and to keep my head from nodding. Haha, we're like the three musketeers all over again! Fifi and Joan are like the two closest friends to me in school... outside of gym? Hmm... haha. Maybe.
3) Officially lost my momentum from the start of the year. Just like I predicted. HAHA. Always happens every year...
4) Totally wasted the whole of today. Seriously, I don't know what I did. I just wasted it. haha.
5) Haha. And I get annoyed extremely easily. Like I swear, a thousand and one things can just tick me off! Hmm... Should go for anger management...
6) I want Snowball back!!! Man, I miss him so much!!!

waahh haven't trained properly for half a month already!!! my muscles are degrading and my stamina just ain't keeping its standard!! MUST TRAIN!!! But there isn't any time!!! AHHHH...
um my birthday was on monday:D:D:D. haha but it wasn't such a big thing like last year's. haha but it was still fun and cool. Like haha I got surprised. Totally didn't expect it when my class sang me a birthday song and gave me two cakes!!! They were yummy!!! haha and then I got this super duper cool bag that I totally love!!! And then a cute jigsaw puzzle with signatures behind! And a touching card with all my classmates well wishes! Thanks especially to Yuqi, Kah Hoe, Yi Wen, Kong Ying and Deddy for the bag and to Fifi, her sister, Il Shan and Joan for the puzzle and cake!!! AND AND Olivia for her cake!!! And then had some gym treasure hunt thingy. hahah. I was supposed to turn around and count to 100. Then find them in the gym. haha. Found Sianglin and Shi Hui easily. Then Rina. HAHA. Then the others just popped out of nowhere cuz I was taking so long to find them and the coaches came. haha. Then they asked me to find the present. BUT I COULDN'T FIND IT. HAHAH. Not even after so many clues and then I had to resort to taking steps and them telling me hot or cold. haha. So they got me a cute cuddly pink bunny!!! hahahhah. And an awesome creative card. That said happy birthDA! hahahahahaha. I've been hugging the sweet sweet bunny at home ever since! And then the next day, lu qiang who couldn't come to school on monday gave me this bear! WHEEEE!!! haha. And then jia ling was so nice! She gave me a cake. AND I FORGOT AND LEFT IT AT THE CLASS BENCH. Luckily, Jing Han saw it and took it home. She brought it to me this morning which I promptly ate so as to take away the possibility of leaving it at the class bench again when I went home. haha. ohoh I forgot about Damian!! haha he was nice too! Gave me a card on my birthday, the day he didn't know too. hahaha.
um. Celebrating with my family was mild. With one bro overseas and the other attending a meeting, it was a quiet dinner. And to make it worse, by the time we got to Yuki no Yaki, (my FAV RESTAURANT IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD) it was about to close. So we settled for pizza hut instead. haha. But the food was not bad though. And then when we got home, I was totally surprised cuz mom had bought me a birthday cake! :D haha. So all in all, I had like four birthday cakes!!! hahahahaha.
okok. Would like to chat A LOT MORE. But unfortunately, I'm running out of time. Got to compose this song. Piano accompaniment and all. Considering duet as well. okok. See ya people!!!
